Markantonio has been active in international techno scene for years, and his story began long ago in Naples. The city Naples put itself on the map in the ’90s with pioneers like Gaetano Parisio, Rino Cerrone and Marco Carola, and Markantonio was right there with them. He picked up music at fifteen, and less than four years later he was already setting dance floors on fire. In 2001 he launched the label AnalyticTrail, and together with Rino Cerrone he became a key figure in Naples techno and its recognizable sound. His classics from the ’90s and ’00s still hold up today and are played by big names such as Alarico and Blasha & Allatt.

Here’s a sneak peek into the record collection he has built up over decades.
